2020

During the pandemic, we quickly adapted to a changing environment and the changing needs of families. Our grassroots connectedness and close working relationships with schools meant we were able to respond immediately to families who were most in need. We delivered hundreds of food parcels and adapted our clubs to go online.

In 2020, we were thrilled to welcome our first graduate intern, Amelia. The programme has since expanded, and this year our three interns have been using their skills to help us develop our projects further.

Here is Chris Dyson, Head Teacher of one of our partnering schools, sharing about the impact of our groups for families in East Leeds.
